The Cliffs on Thanksgiving

We had a great walk overlooking the sea before starting in on cooking dinner. So many different scenes and even changing weather.

We passed through twisty cyprus woods.

Mist rolled in, making rocks in the water ghostly (see below).

It was strange walking by Sea Ranch homes, looking in at families on display. I suppose I may have bypassed signs saying private. There are public parking areas with signs saying beach access. I am grateful that the amazing coastline is protected and that some of it is made available to us plebeians, not all designated for private ownership.
